The public website works without an account, booking form or email signup. Optional first-party analytics runs only after you choose “Allow analytics.”
Analytics
With permission, we record the page path, referring website hostname, device class, visit time and a random visitor identifier. We do not store your IP address, form contents, advertising identifiers or a browser fingerprint. Google Analytics and advertising pixels are not installed.
Ask Piyush
If you use the Ask Piyush learning assistant, your question, the generated answer, a random conversation identifier and any thumbs-up or thumbs-down feedback are sent through our server to Databricks Genie. The conversation is stored in Databricks Lakebase so follow-up questions work. Chat records are deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Do not submit personal, confidential or sensitive information. Chat data is not used for advertising.
Cookies
tdel_cookie_consent remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics for 180 days. tdel_analytics_visitor is created only after consent, contains a random identifier and lasts for 180 days. The hosting and security platform may also set strictly necessary cookies, such as __cf_bm, to protect and deliver the site. Ask Piyush does not add a browser cookie; its conversation identifier stays only in the open page.
Retention
First-party analytics records are retained for up to 13 months. Ask Piyush conversations are retained for up to 90 days after their last activity. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time; declining removes the analytics visitor cookie and stops future page-view collection in that browser.
Forms and email
Connect 1:1 does not currently accept bookings or payments. Courses and Practice are marked Coming Soon. None of these pages collect email addresses today.
External services
Links to YouTube, Instagram and Google Drive open services with their own privacy practices. Ask Piyush uses Databricks to generate grounded answers and store conversation history.
